People from Punjab are renowned all over the world for their love of delicious food, bhangra (traditional dance), their amiable personalities, and their zest for life. However, there is something else that can be added to the list: their desire to live abroad and become Non-Residential Indians (NRI). Particularly among Punjabis living in rural, this desire is so great that they will stop at nothing to realize it. Punjabis are motivated to travel overseas by their ambitious and tenacious natures as well as their quick adaptation to new environments and cultures. They have a strong desire to amass large sums of money, and they are also greatly attracted by their ancestors' innate propensity to emigrate. The majority of Punjabis are well-known in global business and politics. All these things, in my opinion, motivate individuals to leave the country in search of a better life.
